These Terms govern your use of Chamak (the "Service") operated by [Your registered business name] ("Chamak", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and resident in India to use Chamak.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
3. Campaigns (advertisers)
- Campaign budgets are charged upfront and held to fund shares.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your offers.
- We may pause or remove campaigns that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Earnings (creators)
- Rewards are credited per verified share as configured by the advertiser.
- Fraudulent or bot traffic is rejected and may lead to account suspension.
- Payouts are processed via UPI to the verified ID on file.
5. Fees
Chamak retains a platform fee on each campaign budget; the remainder funds creator rewards. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST) are added at checkout.
6. Prohibited use
No illegal content, hate speech, adult content, gambling without a licence, misleading claims, or attempts to game the share-verification system.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Unspent campaign budget is refundable per our Refund policy.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to Chamak in the 3 months prior to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
