Chamak is a digital advertising service. The following applies to all campaign payments.
Campaign budgets
- When you fund a campaign, the amount is held as your campaign budget.
- You may pause or cancel a campaign at any time from the Campaigns tab.
- The unspent portion of a cancelled campaign is refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- The portion already spent on creator shares is non-refundable, since the service was delivered.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but no campaign was created, or charged twice, email contact@borrowbox.co with the transaction ID. We will refund duplicate charges in full within 7 business days.
Creator earnings
Creator earnings, once approved and paid out via UPI, are non-refundable to the advertiser. Disputed shares flagged as fraudulent are reversed before payout.
Shipping
Chamak is a fully digital service. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping policy applies.
